Today I took my co-workers to a thrift shop, but this isn’t just your normal thrift shop. It’s Redress and they sell the most dopest plus size modern and vintage clothing ever.

We also did not plan on dressing similar, I guess great minds think alike, but it was too weird lol.

I was cheesing super hard in this pic.

Bianca was so hype that she got these Fendi shoes for $9 bucks at the thrift shop. Those shoes are bad though, I can't even front.

I have been so over summer that I have been rocking nothing but sweaters, boots, cardigans, leggings all month. I have also been shopping like crazy; I just can’t stop shopping for the fall/winter.

Btw did ya'll see Jay-Z concert last night, that was the best concert I seen in my life. Jay is the best rapper hands down, and I can't stop listening to Blueprint 3. That album goes hard.

Yesterday I attended the annual West Indian Labor Day parade and I was repping Haiti hard. It was the first time I attended the parade, and I must say, I loved it. The only complaint I have is, was my outfit, I was definitely not dress for the parade. Next year I plan on wearing something more sexier, but overall I had a great time.

My friend obviously don't know how to take proper pics lol

Today I met Tenille, many of you may remember me talking about how much I love her stuff in this entry ( http://ontheqtrain.livejournal.com/25613.html ) I know _keena knows who I am talking about. Anyway I ordered a belt from her online and I decided to personally pick it up from her, because she lives right near my job. She was such a sweetheart and is so cute in person. The belt came out fabulous and I think I may want every color now, but I gotta wait for that lol.

I love the fact that she has her own unique individual style. This chick is so dope!

We also spent a few minutes chatting about her collection and me convincing her to make a few plus size items lol. She was real cool about that

I love my belt. This is also what I wore for work minus the belt. I wore another belt instead of this one.

Yesterday I was hanging out with my my boy. We ended up going to some free concert in brooklyn. It was alright

This is what I look like 90% of the time now, Plain! My temporary job won’t allow me to wear skirts, shorts, nor dresses. Jeans and sneakers are the dress code for work, along with my work shirt.

I guess I’ll make a semi post. My summer sucks, I haven’t done anything really. I just work, sleep, and stay in the crib on my off days. My girlfriends are planning to dress up and take me out this weekend. I am kind of excited for that so expect pics soon.

BTW I got this shirt from Forever 21, there plus size line is a joke.

Hey ya’ll I know it’s been a while, but I’m back from my mini hiatus. As ya’ll know I graduated college, started this new job, so I had to get myself situated since I was spending too much time online. LJ seems pretty wack but it’s always like that around summer, oh well.

Yesterday I went to my home girl’s barbeque, and I was shocked to see she finally gave up the perm and decided to finally go natural. She looks gorgeous with her big curly fro.

Anyway I got a few pics from yesterday.

Excuse my sisters roots, she is going natural as well.

My friends also came over my crib that night, we were suppose to hit up a party but I decided to stay in the crib instead, because I did not feel like spending money.

Prom Post!

Last Friday was my cousin's senior prom. She looked gorgeous. We were preparing her to get ready and I was the amateur photographer lol.

These kids look so fly and I wish I could re-do my prom over, the styles of today are so much better and these kids have more swag than we did growing up smh.

I loved her dress and how simple she kept the hair.

Officially a College Graduate!

Lord the day is finally here, I am officially a college graduate. Aeoow! This morning was the graduation and I got back around 2, ate lunch with the fam, and I am hitting up a party later tonight, can’t wait.

Also, I wanted to paint my nails yellow, wear my hair out, and rock my gold hoops, but my mom was going crazy about that, so I kept it simple to please her, since she is not too crazy about my natural hair and my unique style lol.

So this Brooklyn Fashion designer totally inspires me and helped me achieved my look for last Friday night. I love her hair, style, and, clothes.

Also now that the weather is getting warmer, I’m going back to rocking bright colors again.

I wore the cardigan outside though, because I am not too fond about my flabby arms, I'm trying though!

This is another look from her that I love as well. She's making me want lock my hair up. Love her hair and style!

The prices are okay, but the quality is in top notch condition. Their vintage items cost a lot, I pretty much spent a lot for my graduation dress, but it’s all good. I will also be giving them a few off my clothes that I no longer wear or I have not worn neither. I need cash lol.

This was taken in school. I'm a get this developed, this is by far one of my favorite picture, It would've been hotter with a fro, but whatever I still love it.

Yesterday I had so much fun. I went to chipotle with my friend Samra. Yes I cheated on my diet lol. Then we went to the Metropolitan museum, and acted a damn fool. Later that night we went to this plus size vintage and thrift shop and I bought so many goodies. I bought my graduation dress and some tops and skirts. I will never shop retail again for plus size clothes, NEVER!

Today my mother and I went to pick up my sister up from the Airport. She was studying abroad for 4 months, and she stayed in Europe and I so envy her right now. She went to Italy, Paris, Spain, London, and Portugal.

She bought me so much goodies!

It felt like summer yesterday. NY finally reached 80 degree weather. I went out last night with Niesha to see Obsessed. Beyonce killed that role, best role she had thus far.

Later that night we went to my ex party, it was real good lol. He was acting kind of shady in the beginning when he saw me and then later he loosened up. He was also ice grilling me when I was dancing with his friends, and I also exchanged number with some dude at the party and my ex looked pissed lol. He drove me and my girl home and it reminded me of the good times we had together. I also left my blackberry in his car, so I know he went through my phone with his nosy ass, he is coming later to bring my phone. I feel so alone without my phone=/

I copped me some Cazal 80's inspired specs. Love these specs man. I also promise I won't make that bird face again, but I can't always have a kool-aid smile though, not feeling to happy these days =/

I also bought some chinese skippy's/tennis kicks. Love these as well man. I'm about to get every color next week. Great for the spring, light on the feet and also very cute.

and of course I got the door knockers and some gold hoops, my earrings have been fading and turning colors like crazy. I heard clear nail polish does the trick? I really hope so!

I am officially on Spring Break and I am bored out of my mind, the weather in NY sucks. It's suppose to be Spring yet feels like December. I want to just party and meet new guys lol but this damn weather!!!!

Watch Me Shrink. I am losing weight slowly but surely. The leather jacket I’m wearing is a 1x=) I want to lose about 20 more pounds and that’s it, because I’m tired lol

Today I went to thrift store/ flea market for big girls. I bought a few things, but most of that shit did not fit. Either they're too small or too big, and I can’t return them, so I might as well get them hemmed and altered, and give the small outfits away, but most of the things I purchased were cute though.

I’m thinking about deleting my YouTube account, I mean I don’t mind talking about hair, but now these chicks want me to do a hair tutorial and show them hairstyles. I feel like that will be very time consuming and at this point of my life. I do not have time for that right now.
